The Department of Neurology doctors includes approximately 60 doctors divided between two inpatient units (neurology and stroke), an outpatient unit and on-call/consultancy services. The section has medical responsibility for neurological and stroke care at the county health care level for, above all, in this big city area and at the regional health care level for the entire region.
