As an HRIS Manager and HR Projects Coordinator, you will play a key role in FIA’s HR digital transformation—leading the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of our HR Information System (HRIS). In addition to driving HRIS advancements, you will coordinate and support the digitalization of HR processes, ensuring alignment across multiple HR initiatives, stakeholders, and business priorities.
